VIP Client Relationship Manager
Due to continued expansion, we are actively seeking a VIP Client Relationship Manager to complement our client's team on a permanent basis.
As a new position within the organisation, we expect you to be integral in developing the framework for development and relationship management of VIP clientele. This will include:
* Strategy Development: Establish a framework for VIP client management, including best practices and standard operating procedures.
* Understand the needs, preferences, and interests of VIP clients, providing tailored solutions and recommendations that enhance their experience and satisfaction.
* Monitor and analyse client behaviour, spending patterns, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
* Design and implement creative and exclusive incentives and rewards for high-spend clients, such as discounts, vouchers, gifts, or access to special events.
* Plan and organise exceptional corporate hospitality experiences for VIP clients, fostering strong relationships and harnessing future revenue opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as marketing, sales, operations, suppliers, and partners, to deliver seamless and successful incentive and hospitality programmes.
