Buckingham Futures is currently recruiting Temporary Street Scene Officers for a client in the East Midlands. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in your local community by improving the quality, safety, and appearance of the environment.
As a Street Scene Officer, you will investigate and enforce environmental regulations, tackling issues such as:
* Fly-tipping
* Dog fouling
* Littering
* Abandoned vehicles
* Illegal street trading
* Graffiti and vandalism
* Fly-posting and other enviro-crimes
The role involves a combination of education and enforcement, encouraging positive behavior among individuals and businesses, while taking action against those committing offences.
Requirements
* Previous experience in environmental enforcement or a similar role is preferred
* Ability to investigate and manage environmental offences effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Rate is negotiable depending on experience.
