Blossom Hill Care Home, is looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of Blossom Hill Care Home. This includes overseeing all aspects of care, nursing, staffing, operations, and compliance.

You will ensure our residents receive high-quality care while supporting and developing your team to maintain a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage all care, nursing, administration, and support services (housekeeping, catering, maintenance).
* Ensure compliance with CQC and all relevant legislation and regulations.
* Recruit, train, and support staff to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
* Develop rotas that meet resident needs and stay within budget.
* Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
* Monitor quality and continuously improve care services.
* Manage financial performance within agreed budgets.
* Represent the Home positively in the local community and help promote its services.

What We're Looking For

* Previous 3 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home setting.
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
* In-depth understanding of CQC standards and compliance.
* Ability to manage budgets and drive occupancy.
