The Product Delivery Managertakes ownership ofthe fulldelivery cycle through the bid phase through execution and delivery to the end user. Thiskey roleprovidesconnection between all functions and the project, driving schedule & budget adherence and ensuring the Baker Hughes non-negotiablesrequirements are met.
As a Product Delivery Manager, you willbe responsible for:
1. Developing and implementing execution plans to drive delivery of products to the project timeline,cost,and quality requirements.
2. Understanding customer contracts, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and driving the change process to protect projectfinancial interests.
3. Working closely with suppliers, driving performance to the project requirements andto ensuresuccessfulexecution.
4. Supporting vendor recovery process when project is faced with unplannedsupply chain events.
5. Holding regular lessons learned reviews, sharing key lessons and embedding those lessons in the way we work.
6. Managing risk throughout the product delivery cycle,identifyingmitigationplans,and escalating risks that need leadership support to mitigate.
