Management Accountant I am looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Management Accountant to join my clients finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and management accounting, along with proficiency in various accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing monthly reports and analysing profit against forecasts.
Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including fixed assets, accruals, and prepayments.
Manage purchase ledger and other transactional finance tasks.
Perform inter-company reconciliations and month-end journal postings.
Maintain financial schedules, such as the fixed asset register and accruals.
Complete month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
Ensure all monthly and weekly deadlines are met.
Oversee employee expenses and supplier payments.
Handle general office and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Experience in transactional finance (including purchase ledger) with recent exposure to management accounts and month-end processes.
Strong knowledge of profit & loss (P&L) and balance sheet reconciliations.
Intermediate Excel skills, including formulae and lookups.
At least 3 years of finance experience, covering management accounting and accounts payable.
Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA or AAT qualified, with plans for further study.
Detail-oriented with a methodical and proactive approach.
A team player with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
What the Offer:
