The home currently holds a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and day-to-day operational management of the home. Maintain and improve standards to ensure continued Good CQC ratings across all domains. Ensure full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the home operates efficiently. Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders. Oversee recruitment, retention, and staff development within the home. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care delivery. Requirements Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC PIN. Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing or residential care home. Proven track record of achieving and maintaining strong CQC ratings. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Sound knowledge of care home regulations, safeguarding, and governance. Ability to manage budgets, occupancy, and operational performance.
