Job Description
A well known Tier 2 Investment Bank are looking for a Functional support / systems analyst focused on managing requests, incident management, problem solving and driving process & service improvements with in their Bonds sector.
Individual contributes to knowledge management and skills development. Working with the technical teams to ensure that eBusiness infrastructure and applications are fully functional. The candidate will contribute to ensure global service quality and ongoing improvement.
This position will be a Hybrid working position requiring 3 days in office based in Liverpool Street, Central London. The contract length will be for 12 Months and is likely to extend past that point
Required Skills
1. Good Understanding of Financial Markets / Products (In particular Fixed income and Bonds)
2. Front Office Support Experience
3. ION MarketView Platform Experience is Preferable.
4. Unix and SQL Knowledge.
5. Experience in a Support position for Capital Market (Business / Products / Applications.
6. Experience of Electronic trading Workflows (D2D and D2C)
Additional Skills
7. Experience in Services Management
8. Business Analyst Skillset set will also be considered.
