Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements:
* Strong experience in a Windows Server environment
* Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra, networking, and VLANs
* Programming experience with Python and SQL
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Experience with PowerShell, Power BI / DAX, and M365
* Experience producing Crystal Reports and working with ERP systems
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* A Computer Science, IT or related degree (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities:
* Managing and maintaining servers, networks, firewalls, and core IT infrastructure
* Monitoring system performance, security, backups, and storage
* Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
* Developing internal business solutions using Python, SQL, and web technologies
* Managing user accounts, permissions, and group policies
* Supporting and improving the IT service desk function
* Producing reports and working with ERP systems
* Maintaining documentation, IT policies, and security standards (ISO27001 / Cyber Essentials)
* Supporting new starters with system access and inductions
