Plymouth | Full-time, Permanent | Mon–Fri 08:45–17:30
Pertemps, on behalf of our client, is recruiting a Credit Control & Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a fast-growing, people-focused business in Plymouth.
The Role:
You’ll support the AP Manager with purchase ledger and credit control tasks, ensuring invoices are processed, payments are made on time, and revenue opportunities are maximised. Key tasks include:
 1. Processing invoices & credit notes
 2. Reconciling supplier statements
 3. Preparing payments & month-end reporting
 4. Raising sales invoices & calculating rebates
 5. Chasing aged debtors & resolving queries
As the successful Credit Control & Purchase Ledger Assistant, You’ll Need:
 6. Previous finance/accounts experience
 7. Knowledge of credit control & purchase ledger
 8. Strong Excel skills & attention to detail
 9. Excellent communication & team skills
 10. AAT qualification or studying is a bonus
