Business Unit: BU Warehousing Solutions Business Line: BL Warehousing Solutions Europe Target Hire Date: 2025-06-27 What You Can Expect : Key Responsibilities Building good working relationships across departments such as Customer Accounts Admin and HR in order to resolve queries in an efficient and timely manner. Completing employee timesheets, checking for accuracy, chasing and challenging where discrepancies arise and submitting to payroll in a timely manner. Produce daily reports both internally and externally as required such as: KPIS; WIPs; Activity Logs; Shortages; Failed Deliveries; Incorrect Quantities. Acting as a first point of contact for incoming warehouse queries Manage stock movement and transfers via WMS Gather data to deal with PO issues when required Keeping the warehouse holiday calendar up to date to assist with planning Booking deliveries and liaising with the security gatehouse to resolve any delivery or departure queries. Ensure all paperwork is generated and provide necessary information to the relevant parties Maintain accuracy of warehouse management system Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, eliminating need for rework and/or changes Closely monitoring data entry, flagging issues and escalating to operations management where appropriate. Preparing pick sheets and labels, distributing and reporting any pick sheet errors. Investigating any stock discrepancies within remit and escalating to the stock team where required Adhere to all policies, procedures and Health & Safety requirements Perform any other admin duties as required Multi skill across job role and customers to provide cover for colleagues when required. What You Bring: Skills & Experience English GCSE at grade C or above Maths GCSE at grade C or above Microsoft Excel (intermediate at a minimum) Microsoft Word Warehouse Management Systems Strong analytical skills and an eye for accuracy is paramount. Problem solving Able to work with minimal to no supervision
