Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.
The project
From homes and schools to smart motorways and vibrant community spaces, our work with government partners gives us the opportunity to make a real, lasting difference. Our local government clients have shown us what true collaboration looks like – that property is more than bricks and mortar; it’s a platform for stronger, healthier and more resilient communities.
These ambitions don’t come without challenges: tight budgets, funding pressures, complex stakeholder needs, sustainability demands and the constant need to adapt at pace. At Mace, navigating these challenges is what we do best.
We bring flexibility, adaptability and deep technical expertise to programme and project delivery – partnering closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver outcomes that matter. Through cutting‑edge technology, modern construction techniques, and a relentless focus on social value, we help deliver projects that meet today’s requirements while supporting long‑term goals. Projects that stand the test of time and create thriving, future‑proofed communities.
