Business Support Administrator – PQQs, Tenders & Marketing Support

Salary: Up to £28,000

Location: Office-based

The Role – What You'll Do

As our Business Support Administrator, you'll work closely with the Business Development team, providing essential support in preparing tender and PQQ submissions as well as helping deliver simple marketing initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing and submitting PQQs and tender documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
* Supporting small marketing campaigns – sending pre-prepared letters, parcels, and other direct mail.
* Assisting with follow-up calls and scheduling, ensuring prospects and clients receive timely communications.
* Helping maintain accurate records within our CRM and project systems.
* Providing general administrative support to the Business Development Manager and wider team.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally with exposure to PQQs, tenders, or compliance).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail – accuracy is key.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new systems.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to get involved and support the team.
* An interest in business development or marketing would be a bonus, but not essential.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure and enjoys supporting others to succeed. You'll be a team player with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and keeping deadlines on track.

You don't need to be a salesperson – but you will be an essential part of the process that helps Oracle win work and grow relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
