What you will do
* We work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support our colleagues while having fun in the process.
* Deliver the highest quality of personalised care to residents in line with their individual care plans.
* Support leisure and social activities as a core part of the day.
* Be kind and supportive to residents, their families and our colleagues, contributing to a positive and respectful environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate care and support as a Bank Care Assistant as required.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure residents’ needs are met with dignity and respect.
Qualifications and Skills
* Teamwork: a happy team supports happy residents and a happy home.
* Experience is not essential; training and support are provided. Candidates should be caring, enthusiastic and energetic.
* Strong communication skills and a flexible approach are essential.
* Ability to be kind and have a genuine regard for older people and their needs, ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
