We are looking for a Customer Advisor to support the customer journey from order to installation, addressing bumps in the road, resolving issues, and feeding back to improve future processes. This role involves speaking with customers and handling sometimes difficult conversations. Training and development will be provided to build these skills and support your career growth. There is a late shift pattern on one day per week (11:00 to 19:30) plus a Saturday on a rota basis about once every four weeks, with a day in lieu during the week. Some work may be completed from home.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to understand and resolve issues arising during the journey from order to installation.
* Own and communicate solutions for bumps in the customer journey and provide feedback to prevent recurrence.
* Coordinate with multiple departments to manage and respond to customer queries effectively.
* Participate in training to gain a broad understanding of surveying and installing the fibre network.
* Contribute to a positive customer experience and support commission-based rewards with a realistic OTE.
