Your Impact
As our Senior Vice President, Operations Lead Business Manager, you will:
* Prepare and publish presentation materials, including Internal Business Reviews (IBR) and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with leadership.
* Drive expense and headcount management, advising on financials monthly with Operations and Platform leadership.
* Oversee hiring requests, matching early career talent to budgeted positions.
* Manage monthly workforce forecasting and annual planning, collaborating with leadership on growth demand and expense targets.
* Work with Operations Leadership and People Business Partner on optimizing organizational design.
* Manage a multi-channel communications plan, including Leadership meetings, Townhalls, and newsletters.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
* Experience in financial services or a business partner function (preferred).
* At least 5 years of experience in COO, CAO, CFO, or business/workforce management with budgetary responsibility.
* Experience in the securities industry is a plus.
