Job summary
The Booking Officer provides effective and efficient administration and clerical support to the Endoscopy Department, working independently and to standard operating procedures.
The booking office books patients in for their Endoscopy test, working to local and national waiting time directives. The successful post holder will provide a professional service to patients that is responsive to their needs.
Responsibilities
Main duties of the job include booking patients in for Endoscopy tests in line with local and national waiting time directives and delivering a high-quality administrative service within the Endoscopy Department.
