We are pleased to announce a new opening in our Group Health & Safety function to support our fast-growing, Security Managed Service.
This individual will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of Health & Safety / Compliance matters including policy implementation, monitoring, auditing, investigations, and delivery of training.
Main Responsibilities
* Risk Assessments and Assignment
* Internal Auditing
* Incident and Accident Investigation
* External Auditing
* Compliance Obligations
* Manage operational H&S Matters
* Assist the Group HSE team in supporting internal and external stakeholders in relation to day to day Health & Safety matters.
* Build case files of evidence to support the business (in the event of an investigation)
* Maintain the verification and documentation of the subcontractor database within the compliance system.
* Review and action all health surveillance submissions across the business on completion and escalate as necessary.
* Manage the HSE documentation review process and reallocate to the compliance system as necessary.
What are we looking for?
* NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Level 3 qualification
* 1-year previous HSE or auditing experience, ideally in facilities management (Desirable).
* Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems
