Role Summary/Purpose
Technical engineer role, responsible for supporting the WAN/LAN and WLAN Network Infrastructure. The role is to take full knowledge transition from the current team and then support steady state through delivering Network Service Requests, Incident resolution, and Change execution for the Data Centre's network environments.
Essential Responsibilities
1. 5-7 Years of overall experience.
2. WAN/ LAN, Network Data and Security knowledge.
3. Knowledge of configuring router, switches, wireless controllers and firewalls.
4. Prior experience of NoC /Incident Handling and supporting Network technologies such as routing/switching, firewalls, load balancers, and proxies.
