Registered Veterinary Nurse – Independent Practice | Redditch
📍 Redditch | 🕓 Full-Time | 💷 Salary: Dependent on experience
An opportunity has become available for a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a welcoming, independent practice with a strong reputation for client care and clinical excellence. This is an exciting chance to become a key member of a supportive and close-knit team.
🏥 About the Role:
The successful candidate will work a 38.5-hour week consisting of:
* 2 long days
* 2 half days
* 1 early finish (5pm)
Weekends:
* 1 in 7 weekend rota
* Saturday: Morning and evening surgeries
* Sunday: Morning surgery and on-call until 6pm
🔧 Duties Include:
* In-patient care and monitoring
* Anaesthetic monitoring
* Laboratory work
* Nurse consults
* Front-of-house/reception support
You’ll be joining a friendly and experienced team made up of:
* 4 RVNs (including a clinical coach)
* 4 Vets
* A fantastic reception team
💡 The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* RCVS registration as a Veterinary Nurse
* A strong passion for animal care and client service
* Excellent communication and teamworking skills
* A proactive and positive attitude
* Willingness to be part of a collaborative and supportive environment
