Wow Factor: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our church community in the role of Temporary Part-Time Administration Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the church, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the congregation and with external stakeholders.
Role: Administration
HOURS: 9am-1pm Monday-Friday
SALARY: £15 per hour
LOCATION: Hammersmith

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Dealing with church's correspondence and managing diary
2. Dealing with all enquiries such as Baptisms, Marriages and Funerals
3. General Parish Office skills, including filing, maintaining up to date records and database management
4. Responsible for maintaining daily log of enquiries, callers and visitors
5. Coordinating and producing regular reports, on a range of activities, especially occupancy rates of hired space
6. Ensure clear communication with all interested parties in managing all aspects of the Church's day to day operations.
7. Responsibility for management of lettings of church spaces and ensuring records are up to date
