Key Responsibilities of a Customer Administration Manager:
1. Leading and motivating a team of sales support co-ordinators
2. Collaborating with sales management to optimise sales processes and improve overall efficiency
3. Co-ordinating work-flow within the team to ensure timely and efficient support to the sales team
4. Generate regular reports on team performance and key metrics to Senior Management
