Our Technology teams are responsible for the systems and infrastructure that make that work - everything our healthcare professionals need to deliver world-class care. From keeping on top of patient records, health plans, client communications, diary management and dispensing, our teams have a lot to think about and need smarter ways to provide the convenience and expertise that modern Pet owners have come to expect. Team You'll join IVC Evidensia's HR/Finance Systems Team, working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Projects, Infrastructure, Business Systems and Security teams, while partnering directly with our third-party provider, Sage. What will you be doing? • Owning the Sage People HR system for Ireland, ensuring it is maintained, supported and enhanced to meet business needs • Designing and delivering system solutions across Core HR, Self-Service, WFM, Pay Codes and other standard modules • Managing BAU activities such as annual salary reviews, minimum wage updates and configuration changes • Acting as the point of contact for Sage, overseeing change requests, SOW creation, release management and issue escalation • Supporting and maintaining integrations (e.g., Micropay, Active Directory), working closely with IT • Providing 2nd-level technical/system support via Zendesk and ensuring queries are resolved effectively • Ensuring system processes meet compliance and audit requirements • Translating business, HR and payroll needs into system improvements, enhancements and configuration changes Who are we looking for? We're looking for a driven, capable professional who brings: Technical & Functional Experience • Strong experience configuring HR & WFM systems (Core HR, Absence/Timesheets, Benefits, Pay Elements, Reporting/Dashboards) • Hands-on experience with inbound/outbound integrations, data handling and system reporting • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and deliver via a vendor • Experience with tools such as Jira and Zendesk • Knowledge of Irish HR/legislative requirements Skills & Behaviours • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams • Curious, analytical mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively • Highly organised, detail-focused and strong on governance and documentation • A self-starter who can prioritise, take ownership and drive delivery at pace • Passionate about automation, continuous improvement and enhancing user experience Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging At IVC Evidensia we are committed to Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging, we are keen to hear from candidates from all minority and diverse groups.
