Are you an experienced mental health or supported housing professional with a passion for helping young people? We are working with a respected Housing Association in Swindon to recruit a Mental Health Team Manager to lead and support their frontline services.

Are you an experienced mental health or supported housing professional with a passion for helping young people? We are working with a respected Housing Association in Swindon to recruit a Mental Health Team Manager to lead and support their frontline services.
The Role:
As the Team Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of two supported housing schemes that cater to young people experiencing mental health challenges. You will be responsible for:
* Managing and supporting a team of 8 Support Workers
* Ensuring high-quality support is delivered in line with care plans and service objectives
* Coordinating care and liaising with external health and social care professionals
* Monitoring risk, compliance, and safeguarding
* Supporting staff development and maintaining service performance
You Will Need:
* Proven experience in a similar managerial or senior support role
* Strong understanding of mental health support within housing or community settings
* Experience working with young people (1625)
* Knowledge of safeguarding, support planning, and risk assessment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
Details:
* Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week
* Swindon-based, with occasional remote working flexibility
* Temporary contract with an initial 6-month term, potential for extension
