Electimuss is an independent luxury niche fragrance house on a mission to create modern, daring, opulent scents for lovers of fragrances who seek and appreciate the best. Our creative is at the heart of this, telling not only a visual story, but an emotional story too. The Creative Content Executive will be a key member of the team, responsible for creating high end, luxurious digital creative that can be utilised across our digital channels to drive awareness, engagement and strengthen our brand position, increasing sales. This role will focus on creating elevated brand creative and content across our social channels, website and email, working closely with the wider Ecom team to design emails, high quality web pages, and digital content that engages and converts.


The ideal candidate will have experience in designing for high-end consumer brands in the fashion or beauty industry, a talent for graphic design, photo editing and video production and a passion for luxury brands with strong, beautiful aesthetics.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media:

• Using campaign assets, and creating/sourcing new assets, craft compelling social media campaigns that engage and extend brand reach, supporting channel strategies and the marketing calendar

• Proactively find new ways to create content, pulling on new technologies and tools as well as stock libraries to extend capabilities

• Maximise # usage, capitalising on trends, whilst building brand to extend reach and exposure

• Write social post copy, tailoring information and tone across each channel and audience

• Monitor competitors and trends to produce luxury, high quality content

• Analyse and understand performance to inform future strategies


Email:

• Design and write all email content that will convert

• Proactively review email templates to help increase conversion and elevate the brand


Photoshoots & Image Library:

• Support on key campaign shoots and asset creation

• Identify the need for and plan ad hoc social and ecom shoots, writing briefs & working with wider team and photographers/videographers to make happen

• Manage the brand image asset library ensuring all newly produced creative assets are easily available to all team members, archiving out of date content


Website Content:

• Work with digital team to create website banners, page content and other creative assets

• Work with digital team to produce SEO optimised on trend blogs, supporting with page design/ creative


Digital Advertising:

• Produce on brand, ad content for Google and Meta that attracts and converts

• Proactively monitor competitor ad formats to inform new ad concepts to continually grow and convert


Event Support:

• Work with PR on event content plans, maximising cross-channel coverage on event days and afterwards

• Support on the day event activations, capturing content and activating content plans International Partner Support

• Support creation of brand presentations and sell-in collateral, providing images and assets as required

• Support international activations via creation of bespoke assets for partners, image re-sizing, edits of content, emails etc and anything else required.


Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong creative eye for high end, luxury brands

• Graphic design and content creation experience across social, e-commerce and email, in luxury areas of fragrance, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle

• Highly skilled in using photo and video editing software to create slick, high quality content

• Ability to take quality photographs and shoot video content

• Excellent written English and understanding of tailoring marketing copy across channels

• Strong understanding of the differences across social channels, and how to craft content per channel

• Experience in creating META ads that convert at all parts of the funnel

• Skilled in evaluating content performance and translating data into actionable insights

• Proactive problem solver who offers solutions to problems

• Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines

• Adobe CS Suite and Microsoft Office/Googledocs
