Luxury Real Estate Head of Quality Engineering
Base pay range: AED600,000.00/yr - AED840,000.00/yr
AHS, a leader in luxury real estate development, is seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Head of Quality Assurance to elevate our commitment to excellence across all projects. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the quality assurance framework, ensuring that all aspects of our luxury developments meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of quality management practices in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with the company's vision and objectives
* Lead the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure effective implementation of quality initiatives
* Establish quality standards, metrics, and protocols for all phases of the development process, from design to construction and final inspection
* Conduct regular quality audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to promote a culture of quality and excellence within all teams
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance in real estate development
* Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters, both internally and externally, including liaising with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
* Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for executive leadership, summarizing findings, progress, and recommendations
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality outcomes and operational efficiency
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
* Extensive experience in quality assurance management within the luxury real estate sector (10+ years)
* Proven track record of leadership and team management, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
* Deep understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and industry regulations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
* Experience with quality management systems and software tools
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
* Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are a plus
* Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
