Overview
The Marketing Executive will develop and deliver marketing strategies to promote PoshPlys range of household goods, fabrics, and new grocery products across multiple digital channels. This role requires creative leadership, data-driven decision-making, and strong understanding of UK e-commerce behaviours.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
Manage content for the website, eBay, and TikTok Shop to optimise product presentation.
Create marketing materials for quilting, yarn, and handmade textile products.
Lead advertising initiatives for new grocery lines listed on company platforms.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product expansion.
Oversee SEO, PPC, and social media advertising campaigns.
Manage digital marketing budgets and optimise ROI through campaign analytics.
Work with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate marketing with stock availability.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
Ensure marketing activities comply with UK advertising and data-protection standards.
Skills and Experience Required
35 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media tools.
Proficiency in content management and analytics platforms.
Excellent copywriting and creative visual skills.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
