Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing company to recruit for an Internal Sales Account Manager in Wednesbury.
We are looking for someone with a solid strong background in sales, a hunter mentality who can manage multiple accounts at the same time.
You will be working as part of a pairing to manage a territory together, generating new business, growing existing accounts and supporting the business through a period of growth.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for:
* Create new business opportunities with new customers and lapsed customer accounts
* Use training provided to engage and attract customers
* Reconnect with lapsed accounts by providing a fresh contact or approach
* Account Management of multiple accounts whilst generating new leads
* Introduce new products from the expanding range, up-sell and cross-sell to ensure customers are aware of the full product portfolio.
* Work closely with your Field Sales Manager to work towards your targets and KPI’s
