About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team in the SW19 area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands‑on technical ability and a strong interest in refrigeration and air‑conditioning systems. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining practical skills and industry knowledge while supporting installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the installation, servicing, and repair of commercial and domestic refrigeration systems
* Carry out basic diagnostic checks under supervision
* Support planned and reactive maintenance work
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards
* Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to a high standard
* Communicate effectively with senior engineers and customers
Requirements
* Brazing experience is essential
