1 x Full time role at 37 hours per week
1 x Part time role at hours per week (potential shift pattern on our website)

We’re looking for Customer Support Centre Advisors who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and resolving customer enquiries at the first point of contact. You’ll be part of a friendly, multi-disciplined team where customer focus drives our performance and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

1. Provide exceptional front-line customer service across all service areas and access channels.
2. Resolve routine enquiries efficiently and empathetically.
3. Take ownership of customer interactions, especially in emotive situations, empowering and influencing customers toward positive outcomes.


What You’ll Bring:

4. Experience in inbound/outbound contact centre environments or similar customer-facing roles.
5. Confidence in handling challenging conversations with professionalism and care.
6. GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C / Grade 4 or above, or equivalent competency gained through work experience and learning.

To be successful in this role, you will:

16. Have a good level of literacy and numeracy – equivalent to GCSE Maths and English at Grade C (4) or above.
17. Bring relevant experience or transferable skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
18. Pay close attention to detail and remain calm and composed under pressure, especially in challenging situations.
19. Excel in customer service, with clear and accurate communication skills when engaging with colleagues, the public, and partner agencies.
20. Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to team goals and shared success.
