I live life with humour, warmth and a good dose of determination — but I also have neurological conditions that can flare unpredictably. Some days I’m full of energy and raring to go… other days my body says “not today!” So flexibility, patience and understanding are really important. I’m looking for support with: Help around the home (light domestic tasks, organisation) Shopping and errands Support to attend appointments Trips out — because staying connected to the world matters! Some personal care during flare periods I don’t need someone to take over my life — I need someone to walk alongside me and help me maintain my independence and quality of life.
