Territory Manager | Orthopaedics (Hip & Knee - Primary and Revision)

Are you a driven medical devices sales professional ready to take your next step in orthopaedics? Kinara Group are representing a scaling, well-established orthopaedic implant manufacturer to build their sales team in the UK.
We are looking for a Territory Manager/ Business Development Manager to own and grow their sales territory - defending key accounts, winning new business, and helping more patients access world-class implant solutions.
What you'll be doing
You'll take full ownership of your territory - building strategic account plans, converting competitor business, and developing strong relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. Day to day, you'll coordinate with a Clinical Specialist to deliver against UK business plans, stay ahead of local market trends, and keep customer satisfaction front and centre.
This isn't a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. You'll be highly visible in the field, sharp with data, and confident presenting at all levels. There is a supportive team in place, progression plans up through IC or management and a strong niche product portfolio.

* 3+ years of proven sales success in Medical Devices
* Commercially astute, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* A natural relationship builder who makes a lasting impression
* High drive - positive, ambitious and hard-working
* Excellent communicator - someone who listens as well as persuades
* Passionate about orthopaedics and committed to continuous learning
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
