The UK Sports Institute and have an exciting opportunity for a role on a full time Senior Medical Administrator to work in Sheffield
A snapshot of the role…
We are looking for an experienced and detail-focused individual to join our team, providing enhanced coordination and operational support to ensure the effective running of our Sports Medicine service at a UK Sports Institute site.
This is a key role within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary performance environment. You will play an integral part in ensuring the seamless delivery of world-class athlete care by supporting administrative, financial, and project-related activity across the service.
What you will be doing:
* Coordinating the day-to-day operational activity of the Sports Medicine service
* Managing administrative processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
* Supporting financial tracking, reporting, and procurement activity
* Assisting with project coordination and service improvement initiatives
* Working collaboratively with clinicians, practitioners, athletes, and coaches
* Contributing to improved systems, processes, and overall service effectiveness
You will be a proactive team player who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality support. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential to maintaining smooth service delivery.
