Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing complex personal tax engagements and providing strategic advice on tax planning and compliance
Managing key client relationships and acting as a primary point of contact, tailoring services to client needs
Mentoring and developing your team, ensuring technical excellence and high‑quality client delivery
Proactively identifying opportunities for business development and supporting the growth of the tax practice
Collaborating with other service lines to resolve complex issues and communicate outcomes to clients
Keeping clients and the team up to date with industry and legislative changes, and advising on process improvements
What you will need:
ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification
Previous experience in a similar role within private client tax (such as Senior Manager, Manager in practice)
Strong technical knowledge of personal tax and compliance
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
Experience mentoring or leading teams
A collaborative, low‑ego approach and a genuine commitment to team culture
