About The Company:
A fast-scaling eCommerce brand at the forefront of the UK’s premium ingredients and functional food space is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to take full ownership of its digital advertising strategy. With a flat, execution-driven culture, the business operates in a dynamic environment fuelled by rapid growth and recent investment.
You’ll play a central role in deploying and optimising ad spend across key platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and more, without reliance on external agencies.
This is a hybrid role based in the Stroud area, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to revenue growth, performance strategy, and creative output in a small but ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms.
* Allocate and oversee the full paid media budget to drive revenue and meet CPA/ROAS targets.
* Analyse campaign performance to extract actionable insights and inform ongoing strategy.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and ecommerce teams to refine creative, landing pages, and customer experience.
* Scale campaigns efficiently by developing full-funnel strategies that prove incremental contribution beyond in-platform metrics.
Essential Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years managing Paid Social (Meta) and Paid Search (Google) campaigns hands-on.
* Proven experience managing ad budgets of £50k+ per month.
* Strong understanding of ecommerce performance marketing, including creative and conversion strategies.
* Comfortable with deep data analysis and use of analytics tools to drive decision-making.
* Highly organised with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000/py
