We are looking for a School Receptionist who is dependable, organised and efficient to work at a fast pace all through school to work from Monday-Friday and 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
7. To represent the school in a professional and welcoming manner
8. Answering general telephone and face to face enquiries and signing in visitors
9. Assist in arrangements for school trips, events, rooms, etc
10. Provide general admin support such as photocopying, filing, faxing, e-mailing
11. Use of the school database SIMS
12. Assist in completing standard forms and responding to routine correspondence by maintaining all documentation
13. Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, filing, routine correspondence
14. Sort and distribute mail, Maintain and collate pupil reports
15. Undertake general administrative procedures
16. Provide staff, students, and others with advice and direction
Requirements / Skills:
17. Previous experience working in a school office team
18. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
19. 2 recent and relevant references
20. Considerable experience of the schools computerised database, SIMS
21. Good verbal and written communication skills
22. Ability to set and work to agreed targets and work schedules
23. Eligibility to work in the UK
24. An enhanced DBS on the update service
