An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join one of the UK’s most acclaimed destination gastropubs, located in the Suffolk countryside.
Operating at 3 AA Rosette level and regularly recognised among the UK’s Top 50 Gastropubs, this highly regarded restaurant has built a national reputation for its bold Mediterranean-influenced cooking, exceptional seasonal produce and vibrant kitchen culture.
Led by a highly respected Chef Patron, the kitchen focuses on serious cooking using outstanding local ingredients, combining technical excellence with a creative, flavour-driven approach. The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section within a high-performing brigade, working closely with senior chefs to deliver exceptional food during busy services.
You will:
* Run your section confidently during service
* Prepare and cook dishes using outstanding seasonal ingredients
* Maintain the high technical standards expected at Rosette level
* Work closely with senior chefs to ensure consistency and quality
* Support junior chefs within the brigade
* Contribute to the collaborative and positive kitchen culture

The Ideal Candidate
* Currently working as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
* Experience within high-quality fresh-food kitchens
* Strong technical skills and attention to detail
* Passion for seasonal produce and flavour-driven cooking
