The IT Regional Lead- EMEA will play a crucial role in transitioning Sensata Technologies to a global service delivery model. This position focuses on improving IT support and service delivery across the region, ensuring consistent solutions, and enhancing stakeholder engagement. This role will also be responsible for partnering with the Sensata leaders in region to identify IT needs and filter them to the respective IT Team for execution, utilizing Sensatas defined intake and prioritization process. This role is the regional IT leader serving as a single point of escalation for the business organizations and assisting with the identifying the prioritization of work that is needed to run day-to-day operations. Deploying standards, reducing complexity and adding value to our internal customers are key focus areas that this role will directly influence. GeneralResponsibilities: Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key stakeholders across different business units in the region. Collaborate with business units to understand their technology needs andobjectives. Serve as the liaison between IT and the region, directing requests to the right IT business partner. Influenceutilizationof global services and break down silos. Provide feedback to the Global Client Services team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and analyze Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensuretimelyandqualityservice delivery. Serve as the in-region escalation point for IT service issues and critical incidents. Create andmaintainassetmanagement roster until the global asset management system is rolled out. Serve as the in-region "front room" for all audits,leveragingglobal service delivery leaders. Identifypotential risks and issues related to IT projects and service delivery. Ensure vendors are engaged for the right reasons and at the righttimes. Experience / Qualifications A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. Balances the benefits, risks and consequences of actions Time Management - Ability to assessing your ability to manage your time, and the effectiveness of your team to reach department objectives Conflict management - Ability to recognize and work towards a mutually agreeable solution when confronted with conflict Decision making - Ability to think through possibilities and make sound decisions with appropriate degree of risk; knows when he / she has enough data to make an informed decision Resilience - Ability to work under pressure and prioritize Strategic thinking - Ability to turn strategy into action, to see the big picture and use this ability productively Managing objectives - Ability to decide what needs to be accomplished and design a plan to achieve the desired results Team Management - Ability to delegate, motivate, mentor, develop and manage team to achieve objectives. Manage external resource against SLA and operational metrics Budget Management - Ability to project and present annual operation Expense and Capital budget in departmental budget process Essential Criteria Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. At least 5 years+ Proven experience in IT service delivery and stakeholder engagement. Strong understanding of global service delivery models and IT support systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
