The role
– Sales Support Administrator
Responsible for efficient back-office sales support to the Business Development Managers within the organisation. Providing excellence to customers through their journey of leads, quotations and questions, with a customer focused and results driven approach.
Duties will include
1. Pro-active chasing of repeat customer order requirements
2. Resolution of on hold customer orders through proactive customer engagement
3. Generation of all assigned quotations
4. Manage the process for customer accounts to ensure smooth order processing.
5. Management of incoming sales leads to qualification into the CRM system and assignment to colleagues.
6. Analysis and reporting on the customers forecasts and purchasing trends
7. Ensuring stock forecast changes are implemented efficiently
8. Ensure all CRM data (contacts, leads, customers) is of the highest accuracy and is up to date.
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
9. Good experience within Customer Service or a customer support environment
10. Strong team player
11. Previous experience of working in a sales admin / sales support team is highly desirable
12. Strong written and verbal communication skills
13. Able to prioritise effectively and work to agreed deadlines.
14. Good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, & CRM systems).
