The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant or Behaviour Mentor, you’ll work in schools across the Teesside area to:
5. Support students 1:1 or in small groups
6. Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
7. Help teachers create inclusive, supportive learning environments
