A Configuration Scheduler/Administrator is needed to support a leading technology-communication provider.
We have an opportunity for a Configuration Scheduler/Administrator to join our client’s team in Hatfield within Logistics Technical Services. You will be responsible for batching orders, processing failures, and meeting tight customer deadlines. The ability to work under pressure and react to ever changing demands is a must. You will also be expected to work with people at different levels including management, to identify and implement process improvements through Configuration.

Contract : 5 months+
Rate: £17 per hour through umbrella company/£13 through PAYE

Daily workflow planning
Liaise with internal and external customers as required by telephone and email.
Liaise and work with other departments to deliver projects as required
Provide cover for other team members within Configuration
Process and Manage Configuration Failures
Ensure complaints related to Configuration issues are resolved in a fair and satisfactory manner and escalate to Config Management if required.

Educated to GCSE level in English and Math's or equivalent
Communication and interpersonal skills including listening, building rapport, establishing empathy and demonstrating awareness of internal and external issues in a calm and polite manner.
Effective Planning and Organizational skills
Flexible and adaptable – excited by new ideas and/or technology and willing to pick up and work with new initiatives no matter how unfamiliar
Computer literate with good knowledge of all MS Office applications

Excellent problem-solving skills and Root cause analysis
