Job Opportunity: Financial Planner
We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning firm near Cambridge that is looking to hire a Financial Planner to join their team. Clients are provided from a retiring Financial Planner.
Main Duties:
* Provide independent financial planning advice to clients in areas such as Pensions, Investments, and Protection.
* Maintain high standards of client service and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience working in financial services.
* QCF Level 4 qualification is essential; QCF Level 6 or nearing attainment is desirable.
* Experience in managing a busy and varied workload in a dynamic office environment.
* Proven track record of satisfied clients and high client retention.
* Excellent communication and professional skills, demonstrating courtesy and respect for clients and colleagues.
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
You should be self-motivated, proactive, and possess a positive work ethic. Additionally, you should be able to:
* Develop professional qualifications aligned with the role and the firm’s needs.
* Achieve and maintain competence as required by the business.
* Complete all training within prescribed timescales.
* Maintain accurate CPD records.
* Adhere to compliance requirements as guided by FCA regulations and risk management procedures.
