Full-time hours on a temporary basis
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Support Officer to provide end-to-end support for both permanent and temporary recruitment campaigns. This role is key to ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and compliant hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and administer recruitment campaigns from vacancy creation to onboarding.
2. Manage high-volume recruitment, including pre-employment checks and onboarding for new starters and internal movers.
3. Provide training and guidance to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and informed recruitment journey.
4. Monitor vacancy and turnover data within designated directorates.
5. Track advert performance, manage candidate enquiries, and oversee pre-employment check progress.
6. Keep hiring managers updated on candidate progression and support onboarding processes.
