Requirements Management & IBM DOORS: Help keep the IBM DOORS database clear, accurate, and up to date. Follow instructions to manage changes and updates in DOORS. Assist with setting up views and attributes using built-in tools. Export DOORS data weekly to support KPI reporting in Power BI. Help maintain DOORS as the single source of truth for requirements. Support engineers with exporting, importing, and backing up data to avoid loss or corruption. Support Engineers with finding requirements and ensure prepared training materials and guides are being followed Support with the creation of Instruction materials for the Engineers Supporting Engineers assign the correct status, Validation and Verification method according to their definitions. Project Tracking and Reporting: Use Excel to update trackers showing project progress and actions. Record delegated tasks, assign owners, identify who to engage, and follow up to ensure completion by tracking the status. Support reporting by identifying delays or missing work from Key performance Indicator (KPI) from Power BI and chasing updates to meet CDR, PDR and DDR timelines Keep information well-organised to support clear and consistent communication. Prepare Submission Packs of Compliance Matrix and Appropriate revisions of Evidence to External stakeholders Facilitation of meetings and Coordination: Help share information between teams by keeping records and notes up to date. Set up and manage meetings, including calendar invites, agendas, and follow-ups. Tool Proficiency and Training: Complete on-the-job training to learn IBM DOORS and related tools. Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support daily tasks Skills and Experience Confident using Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong Excel skills, including use of formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE) for data tracking and reporting. Good communication skills, able to work clearly and professionally with engineers and project teams. Able to understand KPI dashboards and take action to support project progress. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Works well in a team and shows initiative in solving problems. Nice to Have Experience using IBM DOORS 9.7 for managing requirements. Background in engineering or technical project environments. Familiarity with Power BI for creating dashboards and visual reports. Understanding of the V-Model lifecycle and how it applies to systems and requirements engineering. Awareness of configuration management and systems engineering practices.
