Salary: £17.56 - £19.50 per hour, depending on experience.
36 hours available, flexible to work Days & Nights. Shift times: 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am.

Responsibilities
* Taking responsibility for the well‑being of our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
* Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
* Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident.
* Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislation.
Qualifications & Skills
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.
* Previous experience ensuring high clinical standards for policies and procedures.
* Confidence offering clinical guidance for care teams and being crucial in supporting all CQC tasks.
* Ability to build connections with residents and their families, delivering kindness and support.
* Strong communication and reporting skills to handover clinical issues to other team members and health‑care professionals.
* For night shifts, enhanced skills for ensuring patient safety, confident self‑reliance, critical thinking, and calmness in emergencies.
