We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Customer Interaction Advisors to join our team in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with call centre or telephone customer service experience looking for a temp-to-perm position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
3. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a call centre or telephone customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
