Base Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (OTE £65,000 - £80,000 with overtime when travelling) plusexpenses and further market leading benefits
We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a global leader in machine supply. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer Electrical Bias to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Engineer Electrical Bias, you will:
Install new equipment and service existing machinery
Provide troubleshooting and repair support throughout the lifecycle of equipment, both electrically and mechanically
Ensure timely preparation of customer site reports
Train customer technical staff on equipment operation, sanitation, and maintenance best practices, as needed
Supervise contractors and collaborate effectively with team members, while demonstrating strong initiative when working independently
While based in the UK, you will be required to travel to customers across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. You can be based anywhere within the UK
Required Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, preferably within the food production industry
Electrical PLC expertise
Strong background in installation and servicing
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Extensive fault-finding experience
Relevant electrical qualifications
Willingness and ability to travel internationally
