We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering business in the aerospace sector, seeking a skilled CNC Programmer, Setter, Operator (Milling) to join their night shift team based in Wolverhampton.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture high-precision components to exacting aerospace standards. You'll be part of a safety-first, quality-driven production environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines to produce aerospace-grade components.
* Interpret technical drawings and cutting patterns to maximise material utilisation and minimise waste.
* Ensure all products are handled and identified in line with internal procedures and customer specifications.
* Maintain accurate records using computer-based stock control systems.
* Support the training and development of other operatives.
* Promote and maintain safe working practices in line with Health & Safety legislation.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Proven experience in CNC programming, setting, and operating (milling).
* Strong understanding of raw materials and machining processes.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* PC literate and confident with documentation and stock control systems.
* Self-motivated, diligent, and quality-focused.
Desirable:
* Counterbalance forklift licence.
* Machine maintenance experience.
* Background in aerospace or precision engineering.
