Community Care Worker
Location: Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch
Salary: £. per hour + mileage (review after probation)
Hours: Full-time and Part-time available
Crea First is partnering with a reputable home care provider and is looking to recruit caring and reliable Community Care Workers to support clients across Bournemouth and Poole area.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting individuals to remain independent in their own homes.
Role Responsibilities
1. Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks
2. Assist with medication prompts
3. Support with meal preparation and light household duties
4. Provide companionship and emotional support
5. Maintain accurate care records
6. Travel between clients’ homes within the local area

Requirements
13. Some previous care experience is desirable
14. Compassionate, reliable and professional approach
15. Good communication skills
16. Own transport
17. Full UK driving licence
18. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including some evenings and weekends
