* Ability to manage product roadmaps, engineering delivery, and iterative releases.
3. Strong Technical Background
* Previous software development experience is preferred.
* Ability to understand and manage complex engineering and software-heavy projects.
4. DevOps & Modern Engineering Practices
* Experience with DevOps environments, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
* Understanding of engineering efficiency and continuous delivery.
5. Industry Experience
* Background in OTT / Media / Streaming platforms is highly desirable.
6. Delivery & Governance
* Proven experience leading complex engineering programmes with tight deadlines.
* Experience with technical assurance, project governance, and commercial management.
7. Delivery Risk & Technical Debt Management
* Managing RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
* Managing technical debt and engineering backlog effectively.
8. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
* Ability to work with vendors, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical teams.
