Position: Service Delivery Administrator
Location: Glasgow, Head Office
Job Type: Full time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 39.5 hours (8:30am to 5pm, Friday 8:30am to 4.30pm)
Salary: £25,880.40 per annum (plus commission of up to £400 per month)

Purpose of Role:

Provide pro-active processing of asset requests, work allocation for engineering resource. Invoicing chargeable works within the department. Dealing with external and internal customer queries. Provide excellent standards of response with expertise in company procedures. maintaining reports and performing various administrative tasks. Possess excellent communication and time-management skills and are proficient in office software and equipment.

As part of this team you would be required to:

• Asset request processing

• Administration

• Service charge invoicing

• Team working, including sharing best practise regarding common issues

• Parts, filter, boiler inspection and PM maintenance controls

• Running service reports and delivering required tasks

Skills / Knowledge:

• High level of computer literacy

• Strong ability to multitask

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent proven communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to build rapport with colleagues across the organisation

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Computer Literate including use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Good time management and prioritisation skills

• Ability to learn and implement new ways of working
